Lighthearted Amusement
Indeed, the Qur’ān is a decisive statement,
And it is not amusement. [At Tariq: 13-14]

The importance of the Quran is emphasized within these two ayahs. The Quran distinguishes between the truth and falsehood, and it also not light-hearted speech but the word of Allah and is here to bring change within our lives. It is up to us how we use this blessing to the best of our ability. We should not take its commands as jokes or laugh at what is asked of us. These are the words of Allah (swt), the Majestic, The Almighty!
