Stark Imagery
The entire surah creates such stark imagery of the Day of Judgment that it is hard not imaging it. The earth and stars are described as losing their spark and shine, and when the mountains will crumble and become absolute dust. The 10 month pregnant she-camel will be left unattended, this shows the severity of all that will be happening. In Arab society, camels were thought of as very beneficial animals, they played an essential role in the lives of many. The fact that a person will abandon their possessions shows the intensity of fear and confusion that will be prevalent on that day. Read Surah Al Takweer, close your eyes and imagine the scene in front of you.
