Say, “I only advise you of one [thing] – that you stand for Allāh, [seeking truth] in pairs and individually, and then give thought.” There is not in your companion any madness. He is only a warner to you before a severe punishment. [Saba:46]
Allah (swt) has given us a great advice. When it is time to reflect upon the Qur’an and Allah (Swt) we are told to either do this individually or in pairs. You may be wondering why not in a group but the truth is that when you are alone or there are two people it is easier to pay attention and are alert but when there are more than two people your thought process is lost and you become distracted.
