Passing Dignified
And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. [Al Furqan:72]
One of the qualities of the servants of Allah (swt) is that they do not testify to falsehood nor do they witness ill speech except with dignity. This verse clearly shows that something that is needed to be a servant to Allah (swt) is to not be present wherever falsehood is being spread and nor sit in gatherings where people are lying or slandering. If we want to truly be servants we have to be dignified and walk past all that goes against the principles of Islam.
