And rely upon the Ever-Living who does not die, and exalt [Allāh] with His praise. And sufficient is He to be, with the sins of His servants, Acquainted – [Al Furqan:58]
What I found to be interesting is that in this verse Allah (Swt) uses his name Al Hayy (the ever living). He could have mentioned any of His names but He chose this one. This is a reinforcement for us because when we are in need we always turn to humans. In using this name Allah (swt) is telling us that humans will die or move on but He has always been there, is always there and will be forever. So who is most befitting to trust and rely on?
