Ambreen Haneef (Group Khadija)
In these verses Allah is reminding Bani Israel that on the day of Judgment no one will benefit anyone else. Everyone will be accountable for his or her own deeds. We should not have high hopes of entering Jannah just because we are muslims. We should think of how much good we have done and how hard we have worked for the Jannah. Being a part of a certain group won’t get us to paradise it is what we strove for in the world. We must work towards paradise and also purify our intentions. Some people will be deprived of Jannah just because of one deed. One good deed may be the required amount to outweigh the bad deeds. However, it may be that time runs out and we are unable to get that one good deed that is why we should make the most of our time and do as much good as we possibly can now.
